TLC Covid-19 Update

Dear Family of Tender Loving Care,

During these challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we at Tender Loving Care Animal Hospital remain open to serve pets and the community. We are available by phone (330-725-0241), email (tenderlovingcare@zoominternet.net), and by appointment. We have new hours during this time. (Mondays through Fridays 8 am-5 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 12 pm).

We are screening our team members to keep all of us safe. We are following CDC and WHO guidelines and Governor Mike Dewine’s orders. We are screening our team members to keep us all safe. We are listening for all new updates and developments and continuously adapting our protocols to ensure that we are safely helping you and your pets.

When you arrive at our hospital with a pet or to pick up food and prescriptions, please call our front desk to communicate, stay in your car, and we will come to your vehicle. Only team members will be allowed in the hospital. We will safely escort your pet into our hospital and we will provide the same compassionate and expert care that we have always given. We value your trust and will continue to work hard on behalf of you and your pets. Our pets are family and continue to be a great source of joy, unconditional love, and emotional support at this time. All of us need to remember kindness to our animals and to one another. We must help one another. There is strength in kindness.
