Dr. Janine Pepin was born and raised in North Ridgeville, Ohio.  In 1994, she founded Tender Loving Care Animal Hospital.  Dr. Pepin shares her passion for animals with her sister Marisa,who also is a veterinarian practicing in Hampstead, Maryland.
